How to customize it
Replace prompts with optional, culturally appropriate questions that do not request sensitive personal information. Explain that anyone may pass without giving a reason, model a short answer first and remove prompts that cause discomfort or exclude participants.
Recommended use
Use for welcoming classroom, workshop or team introductions where prompts are low-pressure and participation remains voluntary. Modify the list for your participants, available options and local rules. Do not include sensitive personal information when a nickname or initial is sufficient.
