Not a certified drawing system
Random Picker Tools is not a certified lottery machine, regulated gambling product, security or cryptographic key generator, official audit service or substitute for an independently witnessed draw. Browser Web Crypto improves selection quality but does not certify the complete process.
Input and process limits
A result can be fair only relative to the entries, weights, duplicate rule and settings supplied. The service cannot confirm eligibility, consent, hidden duplicates, incomplete lists, device integrity or later manual changes. Verify important inputs, settings, exports and procedural records independently.
Not professional advice
A wheel or random answer must not be the sole basis for medical, legal, financial, safety, employment, education, housing, credit or other high-impact decisions. Use qualified advice, evidence and appropriate review.
Availability and saved data
Browser storage, temporary share links, downloads and site availability can fail or be cleared. Keep an independent record when a lawful process requires one and never use the site as the only copy of important information.
Advertising and external content
Third-party advertisements and linked services are controlled by their providers. Their appearance does not mean Random Picker Tools recommends the product, verifies a claim or accepts responsibility for a transaction or external privacy practice.
