Editorial Policy
How guides, tool explanations, translations, advertising boundaries and corrections are written, tested and reviewed.

Original, useful content
We write for the practical task on each page, using working controls, concrete examples, limitations and privacy-aware guidance. We do not copy third-party articles or mass-publish superficial keyword or location variants.
Testing and sources
Claims about tool behavior are checked against the working implementation and automated regression tests. Time-sensitive legal, platform or technical claims should be checked against primary sources; links are added when they materially help a reader verify the statement.
Automated assistance
Automation or AI may assist drafting, quality checks or translation, but it is not treated as publication approval. Source content must meet the editorial checklist, and machine translations remain drafts until the locale’s full navigation, tool UI, explanations, FAQs and policies are reviewed.
Advertising independence
Advertising does not determine tool results, page rankings, recommendations, reviews or corrections. Ads are separated from controls and are excluded from policy, contact, shared-content, search, incomplete-language and specifically classroom- or student-focused pages.
Review dates
A material change triggers a content and implementation review. Review dates are not advanced merely to make a page appear fresh, and older translations are marked for review when the English source changes.
Corrections
Send the page URL, the disputed statement and supporting evidence through Contact. Confirmed errors are corrected, related pages are checked and affected translations are marked for review.
